Film Institutions Reasearch

We have come to the point now where we need to, as a group, create or select a film institution that suits the needs for our Film Noir short. I have researched into existing film institutions in closer detail, (ones that deal with the Film Noir genre particularly) and various background information in order to find a suitable institution which works for us.
