Intial Chosen Plot Line/Narrative

Basic Plot:-

As a group we have all put our ideas forward to finally come up with this basic outline to a narrative we feel would work well for our own Film Noir. We have numbered them in 5 different steps/scenes which will be the base/rough outline of our films plotline:-

1. Femme Fatale kills her husband for wealth
2. Protagonist is a detective who investigates the death of said husband
3. Femme Fatale seduces protagonist to distract him and save her own back
4. Protagonist finds out Femme Fatale commited the crime
5. Femme Fatale kills Protagonist

Researching into Todorov's '5 Stages of Narrative' theory influenced us as we tried to follow these steps in order to imitate and reflect genuine and authentic aspects of classic Film Noir. However we have also decided to make slight changes and put our own spin on the theory, additionally using flash backs and the start and end of the narrative as an artistic/interesting way of getting the story across to the audience.

Visual Basic Plot-line

Here we have a basic outline of the narrative that we have created for our own Film Noir Short. We have decided on 7 main scenes (of importance) as a vague outline as to what our film will be based on. We have invisioned these ideas and attempted to add a visual element as to what these scenes may look like/consist of by using sketches/images to define these scenes.
